Taggify

Privacy Policy

Last updated July 28, 2026

What we collect

Taggify cards are created on behalf of cardholders, not through public sign-up. The information on a card — name, bio, profile photo, background image, and links — is provided by the cardholder and stored so their card can be displayed when someone visits it or taps their NFC card.

Visitor data

Visiting a Taggify card (taggify.app/<username>) does not require an account and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) may be retained briefly for security and reliability purposes.

Where data is stored

  • Profile data (name, bio, links) is stored with MongoDB Atlas.
  • Photos and background images are stored with Cloudflare R2.

Data retention and removal

Card data is kept for as long as the card is active. Cardholders can request that their card be updated or removed at any time by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
