Using Taggify
Taggify provides digital business card pages, accessible by URL or NFC tap, that display a cardholder's name, bio, photo, and links. By using a Taggify card or visiting a Taggify page, you agree to these terms.
Card content
Cardholders are responsible for the content on their card. Content must not be illegal, impersonate another person or business without authorization, or infringe on someone else's rights. We may remove or edit a card that violates these terms.
Third-party links
Cards may link to third-party websites and services. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those external sites.
No warranty
Taggify is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taggify isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Taggify means you accept the current terms.
